- your name or monogram - if choosing a monogram, enter letters in exact order, if monogram style chosen has a larger middle initial, the middle letter you entered will be larger.
- your monogram, font or wedding monogram number - (be sure to indicate it is a wedding monogram or regular monogram if choosing a monogram)
- your color choice
